Perhaps some legs would be nice. 
Other than that, pretty good. As he's an elfin character, perhaps you should make him a little bit smaller, and perhaps a longer face with the slightly protruding chin.

That is not bad. In fact, I like it. Could use a bit more detail on a bigger sheet, but it's good.

lol, yer, the leg issue comes about because I couldn't because I couldn't figure out how to draw them but still make him look life-like, it's the same with the other arm, I'll probebly finish him off in the near future but for now he stands leg-o-las. hehe get it?

agh, I'm just about ready to give up on that stupid thing, I can't get the legs right....
