The captured lands in Pythogria have allowed us more than just one less enemy and a bigger army. They have allowed us use of Pythogrian nuclear reactors and materials. Right now the Rivanan army research divisions are experimenting with nuclear materials in an effort to construct an efficient electro-magnetic pulse emission device. Our scientists have been working on the theories of this since the last few years, and now coupled with whatever documents they could find in Pythogria regarding their own nuclear project are completing the first plans, afterwards a prototype is due to be constructed within the next few or more months. If intelligence is correct this would be the first device of this kind actually in development.

Scientists are also looking into all possible offshoots of the EMP technology, that includes the infamous neutron bomb that no scientist was ever able to create. Our own scientists say it is relatively possible, but there are some vital parts of the equation missing, some that may be solved after the EMP prototype is built and tested.

We do have a hefty amount of Pythogrian research materials, owning one half of the underground facility they built under their capital. We are going to put a claim of state on the property plundered and the rest now in your possession, stating that it should be legally ours. If you attempt to ship it out of the capital, it will be seized, unless you pay us a hefty sum to renounce our claim and buy it outright.

We are stationing a good sized force in the capital as well - per part of the deal. For all we care, the most that could be done is that we share with you all of the Pythogrian documents. From the beginning we thought it was obvious that we would be putting a claim to them, but the amount of info gathered already is enough to boost our research considerably. Granted - your non-compliance will slow us down, but just a tiny bit - probably not worth the price you will demand for it. If you'd rather continue to push it more, we will seize underground access while the remaining data is retransfered, and afterwards make sure that nothing is ever recovered by destroying the entire facility.

Believe me, it would be wise to just declare it joint property.

We do not want the property. We want you to pay us for the property, or we would be quite content to blockade the city and force you to turn it over for later sale to another nation. We already have nuclear research materials for nuclear power production to be used on naval vessels, we have no need for this equipment, but we want money for it.

If you want nothing to do with it, then you will leave us free passage to extract whatever information we require. Should you remember the details of the deal - the capital of Pythogria is in joint hands. We will not pay for something that is partly ours already. Unless you want this to become a political incident and have our troops fight our way out of the capital you will leave this matter as it stands. The plans are either joint property - or just ours. Think whether fighting over them is worth it's toll.

We don't want the materials. For you to take them unilaterally you will need to pay off our half. You can either pay it, or we can oppose it straight to the core and force your troops out of the capital. Your choice, we're already at war with one of your criminal allies and it would make no difference to us to either make some money off of it, or to destroy equipment that may eventually be used against us. Either way, it's your choice, but we are certainly beyond bargaining here. You can pay us for our half of the materials, or we can sieze the items completely until you will pay. If you decide to fight, well, there is still a sizeable chunk of our armed forces still in the occupation zone, and we can have a naval quick reaction force there in twenty four hours. Do not contest us over this, we are perfectly prepared to fight over this money. If you want to remove any equipment from the research facility, you need to pay us, and any data, we want half the expected value of.

You are at the logistical disadvantage bearing in mind there is something close to half a million troops (thanks to the new Pythogrian Red Army) at the demarkation line at this very moment, not even counting the four divisions and a tank battalion in the capital of Pythogria. Your armies are a long way from home. Why don't you also guess who the Belkan troops will join up with, when we come to claim what is rightfully ours. This may very well erupt into something that will leave your country crippled by hands not necesarilly Rivanan. Will you risk conflict with them as well?

We do not wish to wage war with you due to the long years of cooperation you are disregarding this very moment, but if you insist so there is no problem with us getting what is ours by force. This is not a subject of negotiations. The plans are ours to use, and you will not be payed for something that is ours.

If these arrogant demands continue any longer, we will lay full claim to the facility and the plans will be gone. We are in the better position here, so it would be wise to back down this once.

...But their allies aren't. CMS would back up the AE as much as we are able. All of our troops are in the homeland after the recent attack. We offer all active manpower and equiptment up to be commanded by the Atlantians, if they so require.

Because that equipment is partly ours, and your program aims to take it away from fair use. We don't care about information, we care about equipment that you obviously plan on removing.

We care about the same equipment that you claim is yours. As said before they are in both of our hands. If you want use off them, you are free to use them. If you don't want any use, we will use them to their full extent. If you don't require them, leave them. That was the original plan. If you don't intend to keep your word, we can't do nothing less than remove them from your hands.

You can take them. We want half the face value. If you're not prepared to surrender half of the value of the machinery if we renounce our claim over them, then we will sieze them if they attempt to leave the country never to be seen again.

It is not about money, it is about princible, and we are willing to back up our Atlantian comrades (ooc: oh god, I am turning into one of you! ) for what is right.

Then we will work with them on the spot. A research crew should be arriving soon enough to send all the required experimental data over to Rivana from the machines on site. Military reinforcements will also arrive. Try and make us leave.

Your non-compliance does slow us down, but the machine is in motion and cannot be stopped. I assure you it won't be long till we reconstruct them on our own soil. If you try to object usage, a police action will be issued to take over the machines from an ally who cannot keep his word.

You should thank Rivana for not pushing this further and not succumbing to your useless demands! I can assure you it would end much worse for you than us.
