Military ideology (Pre-Blitzkrieg): Trench warfare, does hit and run tactics also. Has a high sense of honour code in the ranks.

Mm. If he doesn't want to play, then I guess the spot is free...he wasn't overly enthusiastic about the other CCW, as I recall.

He didn't register for this one and he's been vaporous for at least a month and a half, so unless I hear otherwise I'm not going to leave the slot open forever when someone wants it...
