In these trying times, as other members of the ISAF are in stalemate on their own grounds, as the currently present member that is not directly involved in a conflict, Yuktobania is to form the CADF, or the Circum Alliance to the Downfall of Facism. It will be comprised of the Yuktobanian army, navy, and airforce, and invitations are extended to the remnants of any ISAF members.

In an event not open to the public nor covered by any media, the leadership of the Free Atlantian Forces signed the treaty into effect, pledging to, within three years, once again march through the streets of the capital city as the rightful government once again in power. The entrance of the FAF into the pact was kept secret, primarily to give the false impression of full support to the strategically indecisive and often confused ISAF.
Operation Island Terror was to begin its initial planning stages with hopefully the support of other countries, and with the overall initial goal of liberating the Cataan prison camp and capturing the island outright.

In a secret meeting with the current leader of the CMS and the leader of the Free Atlantian Forces, both over videophone, both the CMS and FAF were admitted, and a pact signed, and showed to a representative of both parties, with the main document staying in the bunker for the day.

OOC: I'll let you do this, infact I have no problem with it, but stalemates aren't really happening across the globe. Since time in the CCW is fluid, not more than a day has really passed. I'm just waiting for Blodo to get his internet back up, which I can wait.
