Hi i heard about this game thru OW1&2, the 40k mods for other pc games. Im going to get DOW, winter assault, and Dark Crusade sometime in the near future. And i recently heard about this mod. I have been wondering what this mod plans to add and if the gameplay is anything like Empire At War or CNC generals zero hour. You guys seem to know alot, so im asking you. PRAISE THE TAU.

Is there a complete unit list for when you have all the games? Or at least a tau unit list? Im a huge tau fan. XV88 rules!

Couldnt really find a list anywhere. My suggestion is to just buy the game, if you like wh40k fluff DC is much closer to it than the previous games.

Off the top of my head w/o descriptions:

Alright cool, but they are missing gun drones, rail rifle pathfinders, and sniper drones =(. And i have no idea what some of those things are. Vespids, harbringers, ethreals, great knarloc? And i think the commander is Commander Shadowsun right? Hes awesome. So what do you guys plan to add/mod about the game? I hope your adding gun or sniper drones.

Alf's Tau will be 10,000x better than Relics but Relics is good nonetheless.. they have good 3d people.. its an excellent effort but Alf has soooo much more its gonna floor everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wtf??? I dont understand. Anyway can you tell me what you guys are gonna include? Also, how many gigs does all 3 games take? i only have about 15 left.

DC takes ~4gb and apparently you need the original DoW and WA installed so add another 3gb but I've had people install DC and getting all 7 factions by hacking the registry to fool DC into thinking DoW and WA are installed.

Anyway, as for the Tau mod -- sorry d00d.. thats hush.. hush..

Well im getting the gold edition of DoW (DoW and WA) and DC soon. Do you no of any mods with the sniper drones and gun drones?

I'd recommend buying the original too. You havent expeienced DOW till you've played the original.

gold edition is the original and winter assault. They are different disks. So i could if i wanted to. But 4 factions isnt enough for me. Also, would it be possible to have a single player skirmish battle royal with all 7 factions going at it?

you can play all 7 races on single player with Darkcrusade but only the two new races online. You need th other two games inorder to play the old races online.

Dow: Chaos, Spacemarines, eldar, orks online

WA: IG online

DC: Tau and necrons online

Ah i see. I dont do much online since my connection sucks. So i can play single player skirmish and conquest or whatever with all races with just DoW DC?

jepp but i recommend you buy the old ones too its very cheap for the gold edition, which you get both the old games.

I think what im gonna do is get DC first then get them later. Cuase the gold edition is hard to come by for somereason.
