Looks: Neil's most notable attribute is his shockingly blond hair and very blue eyes. He's average height and weight, and very muscular. He wears an almost constant grin, that makes him look aggressive and a little psychotic. He's not the brightest of things, however and is easily impressionable.
Background Info: Neil lived in the back country for most of his life, as his family had done for many, many years since the immagrated to the Americas from Germany in the 1700's. The war dragged him out of relative isolation, but he was eager to fight the enemies of his beloved country. He was shocked by his treatment in the army due to his unfortunate last name. He tried to compensate forthis unforgivable error by taking of fighting with a passion. He was an excellent soldier, but this did not especially help him. Shocked and disillusioned, he left the army immediately after the war, but soon discovered that soldiering was the only profession that suited him. He was about to give up hunting when the Russian invasion came. He views fighting the Communists as a chance to prove what a good American he is.
