Yea, it's an interesting idea, although I'm not sure if there is a mod for IPB that does that and our IPB forum is still in a slow process of being upgraded (too much skins). We have a script that Mastermind has done sometime ago, called MasterVote (I think that was the name) that was used back in 2005, when Revora was electing senators and it allowed each registered member to vote on more than one person. The script used the IPB engine, but it was separate from the forum.
