well it's simply the Empire At War map tools, or modding tools or whatever you want to call it.
you can get it at petroglyph website or empire at war files.

As far as I know me and sykes both use 3dsmax 8, In order to export into EAW you also need the plug-ins from the Petroglyph EAW site. There are also numerous fan mad tools that can be found on differnt sites.

Just being careful how meny people we encourage to pirate a $3,000 program buddy. I don't think any of us want to draw "the wrong kind" of attention to this mod, thats all.

If you really want to get into modeling you could try to download GMAX, which is the free version of 3dsmax. Good if you want to see if its something you enjoy or are good at.

do any of you know any sites for tutorials for GMAX as i just downloaded it and dont have a clue what to do lol
