um well i manly just got it down to the minimum polys to use realy, i first strted and it was 1264 but then i just made som little ajustments and then volllaaa, 752 :D

also thanks for all the coments, it will look awsome once skined

As I said on MSN but I thought I should put it here too...

It looks great for a low-poly Kraken, understanding that too much more detail would kill the game! I can imagine how great it would look once skinned. (skins make up for what low poly models can't do)

However the mouth is a little bit of a problem. I would remove the teeth and give him a thick lip... Then just skin the teeth in. Would save some polies, and would look more realistic actually... :D

loooks goood... butt if thats your own new model/skeleton you'll need whole new animations too
they could be complicated...

but looks great =D

for cahik maybe :p
as its all one model you'll need loads of very complicated animations with all the legs moving at once - the way EA did it was to split up the legs and so do simpler animations but a few of them and then the legs all did different ones at random

but if you can make new animations for it it would be awesome =D
