I have a fews things that need to be answered,

1.How/Where do I start?

2.If/When I upload my site is it suposed to be html or something else?

3.Is someone else able to make my website If I describe it???

You see, I read that already, I don't understand it because

1. I prolly need step by step tutorial or something.

Ummm......Well, I couldn't find a template tht I liked when I searched(searched for 3 hours) I have pictures I want for my website but thats pretty much it...Yea I know you prolly think I'm stupid right about now...

Sometimes the templates in these places are not really good, but you can always google other places. Here's another good place to find templates
