Hey guys hows it going? Long time no type... or whatever. This place seems to still be going alright.

Had fun in the USA. Been on camp in pennslyvania for 9 weeks then travelled to DC, New Jersey, Maryland, Virgina, Florida, New York, etc. Been frigging awesome.

If you go to DC and a guard isn't at his post at the senate try walk into it. Its funny. First they shout, then grab a gun and run towards you aiming. Best experience ever rofl.

I wrote Hybrid at the top.

Get back in canterbury around 17th/18th sept. Not sure when exactly but i'll go up sometime next week. Flying home in about 8hours. Sucks. 3 months in the USA flew.

I also got a court order in New York for drinking in public and trespassing. My trial date is 15th November 2007. ROFL! As if i would be there morons. Just hope it doesn't affect my chances of getting a visa next year when they realise i won't turn up.

My wife and I were shouting at the top of our lungs at each other. In the middle of it all my cell phone rings. My wife answers it. She say some Tom ... is on the phone.

I grab the phone. I know no Tom ... Who is this and how did you get my #?

In my anger i failed to remmber I gave Tom my number and said call when when you get to Wash DC. You want to talk about me being embarressed?!

I trully hope you forgive me for yelling at you on the phone like that. You could not have picked a worse time to call me than when you did. I trully did not know who you were when you called. And right in the middle of me and my wife fighting like banshees...

I humbly ask for your forgiveness...

Dude don't worry. I was standing outside the court building in DC when i called anyway. It was a weird time to call for me even but i was just trying to see if you were around.

No need to apoligize i thought it was more amusing than anything, so did my mates when i told them i just busted inbetween an argument.

Either way DC was fucking awesome. One of the best states in the USA.

No I only had my driving license as ID. I Spoke to another cop about it trying to find where i need to pay the fine but he was shocked i even got it. NYC is really laid back on this shit. The cop who busted me was just a wanker.

Good lord! Semi-drunken phone calls elicit the most hilarity of anything on this planet! As does hearing the story afterward when you've had a couple.

Of all the impeccable timing...damn man. It genuinely sucks that you had a fight with yer wife, but I can just imagine the convo with Tom...that woulda been a scenario where I wish I coulda tapped the phone...I howl just thinking about it!

But again this isn't a pisstake at hostile and I would hope he didnt take it as such. It's just imagining the phone call...as I said, I just wish I coulda tapped the phone!

Basically he didn't know who i was and it took about 3 minutes to explain who i was. ROFL.

Regardless I decided to pay the summons after making a few legal phonecalls to the US. They reckon it won't affect my visa as its only a violation not a criminal offense.

Dunno why you bothered to phone em. It's got more chance of affecting stuff if they know who you are.

Geeze, it was a best case example of how not to answer your phone when you're mad. I hear some guy with a british accent pretending to know me. And I stomped him. Who are you? How did you get my #? And after about a minute (not 3) he says. It's Hybrid.

My guts fell out my ass. I was ashamed for a couple of days. I wanted to send Tom an email. I didn't have the guts.

If the timing would have been beter, it would had been great to hoist a few with Tom. Oh well, maybe next time...
