what i would like is if we could all negotiate a
basic story line(and i mean basic), and then use it as a frame for where the story is heading
so i dont mean have it all pre-decided, and ruin it, but instead say
"ok, so we find out sooner or later that its this, though a series of clues, we basically head towards this, etc"
not,
"ok, the
zombies infected are caused by -blank- and we have the only way to stop them, we have to go to this, then do this, then kill this and that, then go back here, and stop the zombies"
cause that way it severely gets rid of the combined creativity, and instead locks us into one story, turning more from an interesting RP, into a boring pre-made script that we have to follow
so if we work out just a bit of basic frame work, but not giving any detail, at least we will know the story is heading somewhere
and not loose interest by just floundering about(randomly killing
zombies infected people only stays interesting for so long
)
