I'm having some trouble with the Phoenix Rising mod for Forces of Corruption. First, I don't have a mod folder in my forces of corruption folder. Do I need to make one? If so, (I already made one to test it out), I get this thing where the WINrar can extract it. I am running Vista. All that shows up is a small box with errors in it.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Since this was with the mini-mod version and I think I've already answered his question on my forums, I'm going to close this thread.
