Would you mind telling me how you got your mod to work?
Did you create a folder and extract the config.meg and add new lines, then use modpath? Or did you override the original.meg in your data folder?
If you figured out how to get modpaths running that be great. We're having a discussion on Petroglyph Forums trying to figure out how to get it so you don't need to overwrite main files and have separate path to run UaW.

i used the eaw extractor to extract the config.meg, then i put it in a folder called humanmod, changed some stuff then put the mod folder into c-drive and did a shortcut
target
"C:\Program Files\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\LaunchUAW.exe" MODPATH=C:\humanmod
start in
"C:\Program Files\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\"
target
"C:\Program Files\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\LaunchUAW.exe" MODPATH=C:\humanmod
start in
"C:\Program Files\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\"
