I don't see the point in me getting it, because the only games I play online are over Steam. Steam's friend/community features allow for easier coordination within games running through it.

Well, i also use Xfire. You want to know why? My old clans used xfire, My friends use xfire. It counts my game hours(i want to know how addicted iam and when to stop playing games 
!). Its easy, Better ingame chat support then steam has(for its games). I playED DOD and DOD: S! and i still used XFIRE!
It is revolutionary! it has a support of 1000+ games and it is below 15MB. And it is still increasing its support for games! well, thats why i use xfire!

If I had the spare, I'd consider it. If you give me money I'll pay it back to you. It would be almost as good. Except I'd keep some to buy food and pay back angry people. Seriously mail me money.
