I've done many of the fixes listed, and they have mostly helped as far as I have noticed. However, I have also noticed weird bugs happen when certain raid fleets pass through certain planets on their way to other planets. So far the only one I can prove is a true bug happened when I had the Emperor in a raid fleet with two groups of Stormtroopers in a raid fleet, and they passed through Pantolomin. But I think it might happen as well with raid fleets involving Mara Jade and Ilum.
