RPG Name: Chronicles of the Forgotten
RPG Description: In a somewhat Modern society, you are an elite task-force designed to handle the toughest of crisis, you are one of the few chosen to lead a team of trained veteran warriors designed for the type of combat, from Infantry to Mechs, control a squad which shall triumph over all.

At first you will be in control of 2 teams : 3 for each, and left with the choice of which team is assigned what, as you progress, new weaponry, armor, and other things shall be unlocked for you to use, Naval Warfare and Air warfare are simple - PT Boats, and small fighters, helicopters, VTOLs, Etc., nothing to big or mighty, the Mechs and vehicles cannot be anything more than a MBT or HBT, nothing to massive for Mechs either, about as big as Light class is maximum, any other huge weaponry will not be included, It's squad-to-sqaud warfare.
RPG Era: A somewhat Future, yet modern era.
RPG Plot: You are a recruit for one of three factions, One will be a Future NATO / EU and USA combined, A Soviet and Chinese Death Machine, and a stealth based guerilla faction. You are left with the choice to chose your side.
RPG Leader(s): General Jenkins, Fire Ze Missiles!

I think there should be an added stealth faction, as I said in my PM to GJ. A sort of guerilla faction, based on ambushing, traps and hit-and-runs. It's always awesome to write about them. But on the whole, that sounds pretty good.
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

Screw it, stealth guerilla factions are epic; Added.

And yes SWG, because I'm Soviet like that.

General apologies for not being around for ages guys. I know I said it last time too, but I'm hopefully back now, maybe :p
Of course I don't look busy; I did it right the first time.

Dude, you changed your name! What's up with that? You'll still be General Jenkins to us. :p GJ the Soviet. Anyway, I just want to check: is this going to be a PVP squad-based thing? Or are we going to be working together, or what? I don't think you explained that bit.

It'll be a bit like PVP, but the player can decide to battle another player or to make their own one-of-a-kind campaign.

What, you mean like, we can fight each other or fight made-up enemies and do our own thing, completely irrelevant to everyone else? That seems a tad strange... Are you sure this is going to work?

It'll have some sort of revelence in it, the players still have to use one of the 3 factions, and they have to somehow have to go with the main campaign.

That's why I have FZM, if I fuck up on something or have something left untold, etc. then he (can) be there to help.

Some changes have been made, check out the fresh names. :good:

The Techno Nations Alliance Campaign

rofl wtf?

The Western Nations Alliance (WNA) will play the role of a hihgly advanced Western society in which it is a Technocrat, turned over to some of the smartest western scientists in order to hide the real rulers, although the "rulers" are puppets, they have some control over the government, and have created a mass force or experimental wepaonry and units to match that of the increasing Soviet Confederation's threat level.

Call them the Technocratic Union of Nations or something. Techno Nations summons up images of the German pop scene from the mid-90's for me. You know, colourful strobe lights, steam machines, thumping bass lines, weird-ass keyboards, all that shit. Techno techno techno!

So...we have to come up with a storyline, and then direct this lot on missions, hopefully intertwining them as much as possible, which follow said storyline, yes? If that's the case, could you PM me any plot musings you've had the-artist-formerly-known-as-GJ please? :) We'll see if we can't come up with something halfway decent, assuming you haven't already.

No wonder the RP hasn't been made yet, :p

I've been waiting, having not a clue why it hasn't been made yet.

EDIT: Indeed, the forums have been inactive lately.
