Hi guys,

I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I figured this would be the best place to gather some answers. Feel free to move it if you feel it belongs somewhere else!

Anyway, on to my question. I'm going to be working on a project with a team of 30+ people. Our mission is to call companies and steal money from them. Therefore, a sort of project management system would be very useful to easily send emails, keep track of which companies we have called and which ones we still need to call, where we stand in terms of money collected, how close we are to the deadlines, etc ...

I've already done some research and found some good sites such as http://www.basecamphq.com/ or http://www.planzone.com/en/ and http://www.actionmethod.com/ but I wanted opinions from anyone who has already had the chance to use any of them

Thanks in advance!

I've heard nothing but good and really good things about basecamp.
At work we just use Bugzilla. Kinda wish we used bc instead, but its another option you should consider, especially if the goal is to make, rather than spend money

To be fair, I haven't even taken the time to set this up yet, and probably won't do so for another week :p

I'll make sure I keep you guys up to date though!

Turns out we didn't get any budget, so we're gonna do it the ol' way, syncing through Google Docs!

heh

I did test CreativeOfficePro (mentionned in the SmashingMagazine article) and it sucks big time. I couldn't even get to the Dashboard ...

Well it's more about us being able to track who has been called and who hasn't in a list of 6000 contacts.

It all comes down to good Excel integration, and GDocs provides just that. It's basically easier than exchanging mails with the updated Excel Spreadsheet, and this should suffice.

Thanks for the input btw guys!
