Echoes of the Past

As we all know, the Vision of Mullers_11, OrcMaster and myself faded away a long time ago, and faded it will remain.
Time and life has taken away my former teammates, and for a long time it took me away as well. However, in the back
of my head there always remained a desire to once again start up a mod of my own.
My previous mod was called Visions because we all had a certain idea, a certain vision about how the Battle for Middle-earth II should
have been. Those were grand times, The Third Age forums were active and buzzing with creativity and life. As these things began fading away,
so did my motivation and that of my teammates. You may remember my tirade when I cancelled our vision.
Now, however, it seems the blood of creativity is once again starting to course through the veins of our little forum.
When I look at the splendour of mods such as Rj-RotWK, and the intense motivation and brilliant skill of RobnKarla, when I
think about The Elven Alliance and its loyal followers who are now banding together to finish the work our old friend
Celeglin begun... the resurrection of The Four Ages by my old friend Morgoth, Lauri's struggle to finish his amazing
mod, and indeed, his tremendous skill and dedication... the Rhovanion Alliance becoming increasingly active again...
They appear to me as an echo from the past, and I hope we can sustain this echo of creativity and transform it
into a roaring blaze of sound.
To quote Gandalf, I come back to you now, at the turn of the tide, and to quote Sam, well, I'm back.
Echoes is a new mod, risen from the ashes of Visions, led by Lauri, mike and myself. The mod will at first be adding
a new faction to my beloved Battle for Middle-earth 1, and after that, who knows. We are intent on doing our part
to sustain this recent increase of activity, and we will try to bring new joy and members to The Third Age.

Axed Head and A.I. Coder for S.E.E. and ... stuff
".. coding is basically boring. What's fun is finding out how things work, take them apart and then put them together in ways that were not intended nor even conceived."

PR position is very open, since I really kind of suck at that sort of thing. 2d art is part of my job, and I do it as I finish the corresponding models. But yeah if you want to do some PR or something, that would be very much appreciated. *sneakily turns joke into serious business*I noticed the name change in the Archive a few weeks ago, but never guessed you'd be making a comeback. Great news
Are you adding Nertea's dwarves and KODA? Any PR or 2d art positions open?
No Nertea dwarves, but he made a lot of laser carrying penguins for me recently.
Thanks for the interest, everyone!

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

I might suggest though that you keep some backup people this time, so you can pass on the mod if you lose motivation. It'd also be good to set milestones like I'm nagging about in TEA's forums
Einstein: "We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."

To tell the truth I didn't know that Visions was cancelled
I guess I should wander through the forums more often.
