Alright, this is where we'll be posting some progress regularly. I'm not going to have a big update once every few weeks, instead I'll post finished work as I go along. However, I have finished a whole lot already, but I'm not going to post it all at once because I just said I don't like doing that.

Edit: Ok, I've gathered up quite a collection of renders in this topic, gonna post them all on the front page.

Wow! :p Those are some really awesome skins. Crystal clear too. Are they 512X512? I always love seeing custom made skins! :p

Oh no... I double posted.

And here we have Elrohir in both versions. Every Eriador hero will have a heavy armour version, available through an upgrade bought from a building. Now obviously the twins look rather similar, but I believe they are different enough for the player to recognise them in-game. Chances are you'll be using them next to one another anyway, because that's when they'll be the most powerful.

Pretty good... pretty good!

Just one thing by the way, doesn't bfme1 totally mess up the skins hight sized ingame?

Keep in mind that they should (I think Elrohier) should have a bow too. :cool2:

What do you mean?

And Tolkien never described Elrohir or Elladan with a bow, as far as I know.

You've got versions where one has a bow and the other sword, you've got it where one has two swords and the other one, and probably more... :cool2:

And I think he means that they auto-decrease in size in game..?
Well, in that case, they don't :p

No, it's not what I meant, well I haven't really modded bfme1, and I don't remember a lot of things. But when I see some new models/skins supposed to be hight quality stuff (I'm refering to RA) they don't look as good ingame. In that case, RA screenshots are maybe not taken not in Hight resolution...

So, my point is bfme2 hasn't got a better rendering system than bfme1? (I don't know the answer, it's just something that I'm asking.. to myself first :cool2: (ok maybe I should just put one model ingame both in bfme1 and bfme2 and see by myself :p))

It's just harder to see all the details in the game I assume, but yeah, they don't look as good in game :cool2:

Wow all those skins look very good.

Good luck with this mod! A lot of people have tried to do something like that and never released anything.

Another great skin, though I do think they are too similar.

@ TDP - I've taken the shots in the last 2 RA Gallery Updates and my PC isn't the best, I bump everything up when taking shots but I'm sure someone with a better PC could take much better ones.
