One thing that's important to decide, is how the mod should be released. So I came up with 3 different ways I could think of that we could release it.

#1 like the RC mod, release it whenever possible (draws more interest from the fans of the mod)

#2 planned releases, decide to release at certian times or achievements (for lack of a better word at the moment)

#3 Release in long intervals, like the RC mod, but instead release it every year or so instead of every couple months

I figured it's better to argue about it now rather than later.

Yay! RC Mod gets a shout-out ;)
I vote for release in long intervals and gradually decreasing the time between releases as we get more work done ;)

Whenever a new faction is playable, that is, has all basic unit times done, all buildings done, half powers done, and a few heroes.

Personally, I feel the team should decide when sufficient work has been completed for a release.

Then some people might say it's time for a release, and others might say wait.

This is true, but I think it can probably be agreed upon using "staff" polls. I mean, only those who have contributed significantly can vote.

I don't think it works very well to just release it cause you feel like it, or on a certain schedule. I think releases really should be based on the content. What Crusard said.
Greetings, community.

When a faction is playable, and then again when it's bug-free ;)
Meaning, that you give it out when it's playable (and good playable) and get bug reports and the like, fix all bugs, ect, then finish it up, release again, and then start on another faction... ;)

Aye I did

Also, I'd wait for the powers to be all in there, not just half of them ;)
Gives more reason to get feedback and bug issues about them, to balance them out for the next release ;)

And if you add some new units to a faction you could release a patch/update to bug test them.
