I am looking for a Dev Leader someone who can take an active role in this project.
Their job will be to watch over the Development of the project, assign what work needs to be done and other things like that.

The person will need to have enough time to focus on this project,be open to suggestions and be available when needed.

This position will spread the power and responsibility around a bit so I'm not the only one in charge.

I could be the Dev Leader. I can go on the PC at least once a day.

I'd love to be the Dev Manager, but I don't think i'm qualified.
I personally love the Ancient Eras and know how long it takes to finish things.

I may not be a skinner or modeller but I can contribute my maps and probably some light to intermediate coding.

I'm usually online and active in the forums.

I haven't really led a project before but if you need me i'm here :p

Well, I'd think that the Dev should be a veteran modder. A modder with lots of experience and skills in many fields.

Then how can you expect good leadership?

Ummmm, Elven isn't really a veteran modder, but he does have lots of time on his hands. And knows what needs to be done....
Somewhat, anyways.

A veteranish modder will do, I guess. The main thing is the leadership part. For example, Nazgul on SEE. From what I hear (from him, mostly,) he isn't a very skilled or experienced modder, in terms of code and whatnot. At least, not compared to Sul. But he makes an excellent leader anyways, because all that really doesn't matter.

But it is good for a leader to have an understanding of how all (or most) of the parts of modding work, to know how long to expect a project to take, and things like that.
Greetings, community.

Well I know the basics of coding and modeling, I know how to map but was never able too due to my slow PC.
