Now I have to get SC2
You mean you weren't going to get it anyway lol! It will be a great game no doubt, for it's modding capability and it's gameplay, it will be the best RTS out there completely wiping the floor with the new ones such as RA3, but hopefully they'll increase the graphics just a tad as the time goes on as SupCom 2 we all know will be mega packed with highly detailed textures.
Why don't you guys have a go at modding SC1 and making a few maps for it to get yourselves 'warmed up' or are you all ready for action?

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

Think about it, SC1 is still played as an e-sport today! That's over 10 years since it was first made! Competitive BFME games will die out such as Clanwars and quick match, where as Starcraft 1 is still going strong.

Anywhoo, this looks like it'll be a good mod. it will accompany Twilight of the Republic. I'll be playing a lot of Clone Wars for not owning a Clone Wars game.

It really would be just about the ideal game for a Starwars mod, though.

But I should probably do some looking at mods for it and stuff to get an idea of what's possible and... stuff.
