Notes: A Wulfen Lord is the best of all Space Wolves so he should be the best at boasting and being a brawling drunkard. I imagine something of a viking chieftain.
Notes #2: Generally more laid back considering that he is a commander. Due to his animal-like characteristic, he is constantly trying to prove that he is dominant. His voice is very barbaric, almost to the point to where all of his words are growled. (when ever the … appears, it should be taken as a growl.)

Notes: It might be just me but I've always found the idea of individuals in Terminator armour to be more serious. So I'd think of them more as stern elders barking at the young ones to keep in line. Though I have put in some of that good old space wolf light hearted humour in case you wish to go a different way. He is very calm and understanding. On the other hand, his voice is stern and deep.
