I just got my hands on the original XML's to the games and I wanted to switch the landing craft to the game's original ships, but how would I go about doing this? I'm aware that I would have to go into EVERY ground unit's XML and switch a value, like the (Company_Transport_Unit)E_Action_IV_Transport_Transport(Company_Transport_Unit). Any input on how to go about this would be great.

The simplest (but not cleanest) way is to go in the Action IV file and change that transport to variant whatever unit you want, then update the existing tags as necessary.
