Name: Blaise d'Iurivar
Age: 41
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Weapons: Sabre and belt knife, woven mail shirt.
Class/Order: Watcher
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 180lbs-ish
Alignment: Neutral, leaning towards good.
History: Blaise grew up in the back streets of Valenti, son of a drunk and a whore. He left, taking his sister with him, as soon as he was able. For a few weeks they wandered around the districts of the city trying to find somewhere to live until Blaise was ultimately able to sign on as a squire for a magical order, the Watchers. His sister was taken in as a maid and earned her keep in the kitchens, while Blaise was taught to wield swords and magic in conjunction. However, his naturally independent streak made him uncomfortable in the rigorous group mentality of the Order, so he began journeying alone as soon as his training was sufficient. Knowing his sister would be protected in the stronghold, he had no qualms about travelling the world, earning his keep as a guard when necessary, made easy by the Watcher's Ring on his right hand and the sigil embroidered on his surcoat. Blaise was present at the Battle of Anaburg, fighting against the Embaru, though he was able to make his escape before the mass enslavement of magic users. He fled to The Meres and joined a ship headed back to his home city. Before long, though, the adventurer's itch returned, and he was ready to strike out once more.
Name: Naian Blackblades
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Weapons: Two obsidian blades, made in Gulgottir by a Dwarven smith and engraved with runes to prevent blunting or breakage, short hunting bow.
Class/Order: Ranger
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 130lbs-ish
Alignment: Good
History: The youngest daughter of Braefar Three-swords, Warlord of Fenrig, Naian was trained in the ways of war since she was old enough to walk. By the age of 14 she was the equal of any man in the Warband, so her father had unique swords created for her, the black blades from which she takes her name. Life in the Warband taught her how to live off the land, how to hunt, how to trap, as well as some basic survival magic. After four years with the Warband as first Anvar and then Imbara grew more powerful across the causeway, Naian realised that Fenrig would likely remain untouched for years to come. She set out to the mainland, seeking adventure and, more importantly to her, anything to strengthen her little kingdom.
I may add another character later on, but I haven't given it much thought yet.
