So guys i have taken a few moments from playing to post this.

Welcome to a new world order the game is now released world wide and the Koreans will finish us off as they pwn in Starcraft II.
My view on it, 2 words, "Very Legit", but go ahead and go buy it yourself. After I play for a few more hours or so, Me or Gfire will get up a Post so everyone can put their names up and discuss a possible tournament.

Long live the queen of blades, :thumbsdownsmiley:

Actually, I believe Idra won the finals of King of the Beta, and QXC also destroyed Rainbow in the earlier rounds . That is, the top two placing americans both beat the top ranking korean (although second ranking korean, Tester, beat Idra in the earlier rounds.)

So, the foreigners certainly stand a chance. It's a shame none of the European players made it to the semifinals, though. I really like the European styles, Whitera and TLO and Dimaga are all very strong players.

I'm going to order the game today, although I haven't played Starcraft in ages, so I'm really going to have to watch some replays and before I play any games whatsoever lol.

There are a lot of tutorials, a full manual, lots of videos showing how upgrades and things work in the campaign etc, so it is very open to new players.

Ah I love youtube, it's literally just come through the post and I'm looking at the packaging in awe, I think it's time to install the game after I'm done patching WoW.

I'm not using my keyboard, I'm totally using my mouse while my left hand strokes the packaging, and before anyone says anything, it definitely is the packaging!

It's a nice special edition, was very pleased when I got mine. First of three... wonder if they'll all be the same but with different designs (and content).

I mean with the Protoss and Zerg releases. Will they keep the current box size but have like Protoss and Zerg designs instead, and then a different art book/soundtrack etc.

It is a lovely game indeed. Any word on modding?

So the content of the CE boxes? Yeah, I'd imagine different looking boxes about the same size. Probably somewhat different content, probably an art book and some guest passes to sc2 and wow. The expansions will have less new content, so things like the art book and behind the scenes dvd might be hard to fill. Or maybe they won't do CE for the expansions.

Modding is more possible than in wc3, because you can create a mod file which any map can inherit, instead of having to glue your mod to a single map. I don't think you could do that in wc3. The editor is way easier to use, as well. Most moddable, and most easily moddable game I've ever come across.
