I was playing the campaign called operation shadow hand and one of my heroes were kille in action, so is there any chance they will reapear after a period of time or are they killed for the entire campaign?

There are certain planets that each hero is rebuildable at. You can either take a gander at the <Special_Case_Production> tags in the respective campaign file, or you can find a thread that I think had them listed out. I don't remember the name of it, and I couldn't find it with a quick search, but it should have a relatively correct listing, despite being a bit out of date.

Thanks for responding again. I conquered more planets and I was able to build the fallen heroes. As for the second option, I will try soon enough.
That list is probably out of date anyway.
Stick with the "special_case_production" coding at the beginning of each campaign.
