Increase compression on your JPEG, it worked for me.

UT and Win98 rocks

I only have XP cause i dont want more then 3 partitions on my 120gb hard drive and win98 will read only about 60gb max from one partition

Komataguri: use imageshack
Just get the filesize down to 1meg cause thats their limit. Oh and changing filetype to jpg might help cause gifs tend to be big when using a lot of colors.
