Hi everyone,
So, I recently started playing some old PC games that I never finished and I came across Commandos, Beyond the Call of Duty, which I picked up when it first came out. I had to jump through some hoops to get it installed and working on Windows 7, but I eventually got it playing perfectly. Then I beat Mission 5. When ever I try to load up Mission 6, I get the loading screen with the Green Beret for a couple seconds, then the game crashes. I found the following thread on the Steam Forums, which describes the same problem I'm seeing: http://forums.steamp...d.php?t=1892763
They reference a fixed Mission 6 map that should be put in the misiones folder. Unfortunately, the file is on MegaUpload, which recently got bitch-slapped by the FBI.... Soooo, that's out. I tried reinstalling a bunch of times, but to no avail. All of the other missions load just fine (including later missions).
I was just wondering if anyone here has run into this problem and knows how to fix it. Thanks guys!

Have you tried setting the compatibility mode for Win98 and experimented with BELLoader?

Setting the compatibility mode didn't change anything.
I'm unfamiliar with BELLoader, but I can play around with it. I'll let you know if I make any progress. Thanks!

If the BELLoader doesn't solve your problem, try the BCD Ultimate Fix.

Tried a bunch of settings in BELLoader... Tried a reinstall... No such luck. Any other ideas?
