I've got a rough ability list for Cirdan
Cirdan
- Storm Strike - Knockback attack
- Lord of the Havens - +150% damage,+200% exp, +50% armour
- Foresight - Cirdan foresees attacks and reduces spell damage and damage taken
- Storm Armour - reflects damage
- Storm Rage - When underneath the Storm spell Cirdan does Radiance damage

For the storm armour, could you have a sort of whirlwind surrounding him, knocking back units?
