CNC Top 101 Down/503 Error?

Best Answer Phil, 28 January 2013 - 08:17 PM

Yeah it's a PHP error most likely. We upgraded to PHP 5.4.x a few days ago and that has made some outdated code stop working. You can take a look at the error_log in public_html to check out what's wrong exactly. I'm afraid I can't do much more. Fixing the code will be up to you.

Thanks for the donation by the way. We thought of axing the site a year or two ago when we did a big server clean-up but decided to keep it running as a favour to the community.

Hi there,

The CNC Top 101 appears to be down/erroring out: http://topsite.cnccommunity.net/

It's responding to pings and I can successfully complete a tracert. It looks like the site is actually returning a 500 Internal Server Error:
http://www.hyperspin...d=926540&r=1857

I can't see anything in the error logs in cPanel, I don't suppose you could shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance,
chickendippers

P.S. Thanks for the continued hosting, another donation is on its way to you.

Hey dippers. I've managed to fix the script already.

I've altered the name of a variable ($_POST) at inc/class/class.fields.php and replaced a deprecated set_magic_quotes_runtime(0) with ini_set('set_magic_quotes_runtime', 0) that does the same thing in inc/mainfile.php
