Im looking forward to games like Commandos and i found these.
Men of War - Assault Squad.

soldiers: heroes of world war 2, faces of war, men of war. this serie started back in 2004, and in many aspect got very close to our beloved games. there are some really sneaky missions in each game that - combined with the features offered, like direct control, inventory system, interactive usage of literally everything from the environment - made the gameplay very similar to commandos. but usually it's different, a special mix of elements like we have seen in commandos, and more elements from real time strategy games, especially the good old blitzkrieg comes in my mind. great game, last time i played men of war: condemned heroes. however, if you are looking to something really similar to commandos, helldorado is your game. it's a revised version of desperados 2, so visually as gameplaywise, and if you don't mind swapping the ww2 scene for a late western one, then you'll welcome and like this game. a while ago i had in mind that this could be a good base to "totalconvert" it into a commandos game.
