Somehow we don't have an introductions thread anymore yet, so I'm starting one. 

 

Hello! My name is Mathijs, I'm a twenty-something year old boy living in the Netherlands. On Revora I represent The 3rd Age as Division Leader. Outside Revora I do translation work and sit around a lot.

 

I enjoy long walks on the beach, good food, and I generally dislike hospitals visual art (both creating and viewing), poetry and fiction (both reading and writing) and a whole lot of other wholesome hobbies such as videogames and punk rock.

Hi, I'm Renny, a currently teenage girl transitioning in the UK, and I'm the Community Admin here, and as the name might suggest, I try to help out with individual members and organization of events. I have a fascination and aspirations for art and writing music, and am utterly obsessed with the latter. I also don't really have much to say.

I'm Phil, currently one of the co-leaders of this network.

 

At present I'm wrapping up my Master's degree in law at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) and will leave for a year to get another one in Hong Kong this summer (Aug 2014). Apart from law I'm really into computer technology -  especially game modding and programming - but also politics, business, economics, foreign languages and martial arts.

 

I also like 90s Eurodance music. Yes, Eurodance.

Athos. Long-time member, longer-time lurker. Started out as T3A barnacle, worked my way up to PR for the since-deceased Wars of Arda mod, was briefly division head of IceForge before its dissolution. Participated in the RPG section in its heyday, before the Great Schism, and to my knowledge am the only member that didn't technically choose a side in that.

Forum history. I have lived it.

On a more personal note, I enjoy video games, fantasy literature, and anime; I'm currently attending college in Holland (Michigan) with a double major in music and theater; and have written 60,000 words worth of a novel.

I am a 3D Artist (currently in training) that is currently working on an unannounced Unreal Engine 4 project. I use 3D Studio Max however I am debating about switching over to Blender.

GO FOR BLENDER dude!

Yeah, I'm a fanboy. But on a seriously note, the cost/benefit of Blender is really huge. It's one of the most powerfull tools around and it's being updated regularly. It's as good as many comercial suites and finaly it's being reconized by the industry. So for me Blender is the future.

I did a full course on Blender and I love it. Of course I'm quite rusty, but if you need a tip or two, shot me a message.
