Never mind i solved it 
Turns out you must use the email you used to sign up here, as well as the new password you chose, and your account that has been synced.
[RA3]Log in issue The specified account or subaccount name wasn't found

Hello.
I got the C&C online server installed on my pc, and it launches fine, when i clicked the star to log in, in the OnlineId field, i put [TNG]-Chris880 which has been synced here, and approved, and i put my new password to log in the one in the registration of the forums here.
When i pressed log in it says"The specified account or subaccount name wasnt found" .
I am now confused what am i supposed to use in the 3 fields. (The email, password and online id)
Please help!
