Did you follow all steps? Did you try to sign up with your Revora account (and the C&C:Online password field)? You can not log in with your gamespy user account.

Can't log in im using The Ultimate Collection, Windows 7 (64 bit ),

Change your "C&C:Online and T3A:Online" password on your profile. - Go to your own profile (double click your avatar), hit "Edit my Profile" then edit your C&C:Online and T3A:Online password there.
