I HAVE READ THE HOW-TO THREAD

I am using The Ultimate Collection on Origins.

Generals: Zero Hour

I'm not getting any errors

I am using Windows 8

I finally got c&c online working on origins today, and logged into the server successfully. But, after logging in and getting to the screen where it says Welcome to C&C online etc., Custom Match and Quick Match were grey'd out, and could not be clicked. My Persona, Communicator, and Options worked fine, they are clickable, but Custom Match and Quick Match are not. So obviously I can't get into the lobby to start a game. Is the server down atm or is something wrong on my end??

My Log File:

----- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
Game: Zero Hour
Zero Hour Install Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\

try again now.

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

It's a server error that is fixed temporarily after a restart. We are looking into a permanent solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey, I still can't get into the lobby. And now instead of getting to the next screen after entering my email/pw/name it says "Could not connect to Generals Zero Hour Online". Yesterday I was able to get into the screen where I could select custom game, but it was greyed out, today I can't even get to that screen :(

Is the server still down?

Oh i just tried regular generals and I was able to get in the lobby and make a game, but Zero Hours is still not connecting.

Interesting, was your zero hour login attempt the same time you submitted this post?

Yea, maybe 10 min prior, but around the same time. I just tried again and it's still saying "Could not connect to Generals Zero Hour Online". I tried regular Generals and it's working no problem. I typed in a different email/pw as the one I have on here, and it says "Invalid Email", so I know I'm connecting to c&c online.... Is this something on my end or is the server still acting screwy with all the people switching over here?

Trying to log in with my correct email/pw I keep getting this:

"Could not connect to Generals Zero Hour Online"

Is this a problem on my end?
