I believe someone is using my nickname. Everytime I try to log in, it gives me an error code about the name already being in existance.

I don't think your nickname is being copied, nor being used by someone else. I've just had a quick look and there are no users by the handle of justwannaplay.

He's talking about a C&C:Online nickname.
It's reserved until you claim it, so that nobody can copy it.
Just make a claim (this post should do) and it will be assigned to you.
