My original nickname is not working for C&C generals. It is The-A-Team. When I try to log on with it, it actually disconnects me from the server. None of my other screen names do that. My log in email is jmmate2000@yahoo.com

I don't have a record of that name (we did not reserve CCG and ZH names) so you should be able to go on to the server and make the name as a new name (by logging in with it in the Online ID box). If that does not work, please make a topic in the Support forum, having read the pinned topics first. I will close this topic now.
