go to "Profil", than to  "other", than to C&C.Online and T3A and set your Password. This is your Password to go online whis your E-Mail and nickname

Hi,

 

Im using the username of CC&online and the password,

i also changed pw still the same problem.

 

What can i do now?

From what I could see in the logs, the password hash didn't match. Are you sure you're using the C&C:Online password and that there is no space or anything in the password input field?

You password has to be your C&C:Online and T3A:Online Password, not your forums password.
