Cannot Log In. "Transaction Timed Out Before Receiving Response"

I just upgraded to version 2.05 and I cannot log in.  I keep receiving this Disconnect Notification when attempting to log on saying "Transaction timed out before receiving a response.".  I have no port number in network connections.  The "common problems" topic says that may happen when you try to log on with your old name but I am using my new Revora nick, the same one I have been using for a month now.

I'm having this same issue. All ports are forwarded in the firewall and windows firewall is turned off.

I have run C&C Online as administrator, and I'm patched to the latest version.

 

Here's my log:

i am getting this problem while trying to log into kane's wrath. ive followed all solutions so far to no avail. any ideas?
