Nicknames and profile IDs updated

This afternoon ToxicShock and I have made some new changes to the nicknames/profiles table:

 

Firstly, we added another batch of already claimed nicknames that were pending for the last week. If you got the "This name is already taken" error even though you have already claimed your name, try again now.

 

Secondly, we updated 99 profile IDs of people with multiple and/or messed up profiles that were imported from GameSpy by ToxicShock. For those people, their stats in the Shatabrick.com database were not matched up with their nicknames of choice and thus were not displayed ingame. This should be fixed now. As an unfortunate side effect, however, the buddy lists of those profiles are deleted so that these profiles don't have any buddies and others also don't have those profiles in their buddy list any more. You can see a list of affected nicknames/profiles below:

What about the people getting the "please insert disc" thing... have the ultimate collection and cannot play!

We can't speak every language on the planet. English the the language of international communication and that's what we will stick to. Try Google Translate if you can't understand it; it works quite well.

What about the people getting the "please insert disc" thing... have the ultimate collection and cannot play!

 

That's not directly related to C&C:Online but a general problem with old games. Try GameReplays.org, they have a lot of expertise when it comes to these problems.

I updated a further 381 reclaimed nicknames onto the server today, making the total that have been claimed so far 4902.    Here is a list of the further names that were updated today.

Toixc the beast, you got 1500 posts in three months meaning on average your going 16.6 posts a day what a SIR, not even what a LEGEND :D most are about nicknames
