[Vindies]

Hey guys!

The servers are extremely unstable. You get kicked off the server every 1-2 minutes getting messages like this one: “You were disconnected, Please report error ID GSGP7”.

It takes effort to even get a game up before you get kicked and have to relog. Getting a 2v2 is hard and getting a 3v3 is impossible since people get kicked randomly every now and then. There is no problem while you are in-game though. 

The problem has been present for almost a week.


This case is pretty urgent. I really hope this will get fixed very soon.

It would be very unfortunate if the problem persists till Sunday where we have the first RA3-tournament on the CNC:Online servers.

I don't even get that error. I just get disconnected. 1-2 mins, yea.

 

The server shouldn't even be up..

Me and Kimi_no_Ouji are experincing this issue also and this is soooo annoying.

 

I know you guys did a big effort to achieve this c&c:online but we need a stable server than can run smootly without kicking players every mn.

Which version of RA3 are you guys using? Normal, Steam or Origin? We tested with the normal version for exactly this problem before we went live with the update and didn't have any issues.

The normal here too. However, this problem was not here when you launched it. My guess is that it appeared after last update/maintance about a week ago.

Same here , A lot of DCs and FAILS . I don't know why . I think the server is overloaded ? your servers can't hold up those games and players from those different games in same time ? that is my guess ! so can we hope for a fix ? I mean , in RA 3 at least , there is an upcoming tournament soon ?!! 4 days ! the fail problem happens randomly . and most of the time with people joining my room and me joining their rooms . :| everybody who I know plays this game have passed through those bugs :|

Exactly what master x said, also, after you finish a match, you get a message saying "failed to connect to server...etc" and you will need to log in again.And same as other players, im experiencing alot of random kicking and dc, and connection to other players, fails most of the time as well...Im using the normal version of RA3.All these bugs are forcing us to relog every few minutes...Another thing i want to clarify is the logging in issues, when logging in i need to press the log in buttong like 4-5 times, because it keeps giving me "failed to connect to server...etc" and when it finally works, lobbies are invisible, and i will need to wait, till they become visible.Another thing , and most importantly, is the "could not connect to the backend server" error that i also get during logging and relogging.

 

Please fix as many of these bugs as you can, as master x said, theirs a tourney coming in 4 days!

Seems like its fixed, no random kick or dc so far....

Are you able to host games in succession yet? Or do you need to alternate "hosters" or log off in order to host again, your self? Any input Chris?
