ok so trying c&conline again but im still having problems with kane's wrath an tw i am using my account name POPE_UK for login and the password i setup but get the error The specified account or sub-account wasn't found , i was wondering if its because account name was in caps. i am able to connect straight away on red alert 3 with no problems, many thanks for any help.

That's because your login name, which you need to use for C&C3 is actually Lee Paul and not POPE_UK. Please try that one and then report back.

i did create account on revora and not with facebook login and only linked account a couple of days after. i created new account with changing name and all works fine now. many thanks
