I have read, watched and tried everything and still unable to launch Generals.
I have the game with origin and on the deluxe edition disc neither seem to work.
The message i get is "UNABLE TO LAUNCH GENERALS"

So I just uninstalled anything and everything C&C.
Starting fresh with windows 7
Before I begin installation any tips?
I just installed C&C Online and of course it says generals installation not found, at this point do install the origin version or the deluxe edition disc version?
Installed origin version and disabled antivirus then hooked Generals/Zero Hour now says missing required file "ssleay32dl" tried hooking again and says
windows cannot find C:\program files(x86)\Revora\CNCOnline\ifeo.exe Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again

Have you tried uninstalling the launcher (unhook your games first) then installing GenTool and launching through your normal icons? That might be the best solution for you. If you launch that way, you won't need to use the launcher to start your game and you will have access to in game statistics and ladders (when available).
