Hello dears,

 

Here's another bug which is happening everyday to everybody. Sometimes I can't connect to the server for no reason and I have to spam to finaly get on. Most of time, this window is showing up when I try to log on.

 

 

Also, before this window is popping up, I can see my nickname on the Spymaster in the lobby, and poeple can see me in the lobby too but I'm not and then when the window appears my nickname disappear from the lobby.

I didn't know it sorry, maybe your guys should pin a topic with a listing bugs which have already been reported. There are tons of topics, that would ask a lot of time to read everyone of them before reporting a bug : /

 

 

Edit : This is what I found about that bug :

 

- When I try to log in, I get the following error: 'Could not connect to backend server'.

Solution: This is a problem on our end, meaning the server is down. We usually restart the server soon after it goes down, so check back later.

 

 

- Upon login, the game says: "Could not connect to backend server".

Solution: This generally means the C&C:Online server is down. Try again later.

 

 

 

But when I'm having this bug, servers isn't rebooting, I still can see ppl on the server from the revora spymaster.

The underlying issue prevents people from logging in; it does not affect people that are already logged in (until we have to restart the server). Basically, we restart the server so people can log in.
