Problem connecting to KW

Ha Ha. I found this in the server log. Please change your email address. It is duplicated across two accounts and causing the problem. I have to say though, that the other account looks very much like yours too.  :facepalm:

can`t connect, following message pops up: The specified account or sub-account wasn't found

 

allthough using my revora name urgent_skill

 

Is there maybe a problem with the underscore _ ?

Or does it take some time in order to connect Revora account and my cnc account? Tried it btw with new nick names, doesn`t work either.

still not able to connect same error message as above using the EA acc: Urgent_skill and -gummibaer as nik

so tried it tonight unsuccesfully aswell with a conbination of

revora acc / ea account name: urgent_skill

password: as filled out when registered

online id: -Gummibaer

 

what am i missing or failed to do correctly?

 

Edit: error message is still The specified account or sub-account wasn't found

 

Tried various subaccounts, which are not working aswell

You need to use the nick name  -Gummibaer with that same capitalisation (i.e. with a Capital G).

That could be very much the case, wasn`t sure when registering whether or not I had already an account. I will proceed with changing email addresses. Will this solution work immediately?

just a general question about the usernames. my only account with revora, and using the name "edcase°" will this be an issue, the ° isn't standard. i encountered the same error "The specified account or sub-account wasn't found", but it was only registered about 30 minutes ago so it might just need time to accept. cheers, will update.

update 3 hours on still same error. =]
