A number of complaints of deliberate Mis-Match (desync) have been against the Revora member Estella in respect of a number of games played in Zero Hour and the adjudicator has found those complaints proven (subject to any explanation that may be provided).

The adjudicator's decision (with a link to the complaints) is posted on gamereplays here; Estela MM.

Estella has three clear days to come here and explain himself otherwise the report (as a specimen report) will be confirmed.


WARNING: The number of complaints in this case and the nature of them strongly suggest that if this report is confirmed, it will result in a suspension from online play. Estella is strongly advised to post any explanation or mitigation he might have. That can be done either here or on gamereplays.

The three clear days that I gave Estella to come here and explain himself or to put forward any mitigation have expired, but I have not heard from him, so this report is confirmed.

In setting a penalty, I have to take into account that there are a large number of offences supporting this report. Even though this is a first conviction, I have decided to suspend Estella's access to C&C:Online for 30 days. This should be considered Estella's last chance to change his behaviour. Given the history of offending, the penalty for a second conviction may be of the severest nature.

i just relized that i got banned..why??? im accused of multiple offences....

i can tell u that there are people who dont like playing fair..doing mapahcking with even gentool. i'm a fair player. want Always a fair game. i play this game longer than 10 years.

it's true that mismatch happened a few times..against this kind of players.

Lot of people like playing with me. they can tell u that im a fair player.

 

plz reconsider the ban..and let me play... i play fair..  i saw that the ban will take a month......this is not human..i behave myself and will ignore the real cheaters..

there are not many players these days..i can't  wait 1 month...then better uninstall the game and never play it....

There are dozens of reports against you where you have announced that you will cause a MM while you were on the point of losing and then a MM occurred.   One can only conclude that you have hack software installed to cause the MM on demand.   Now you are saying that those players were map hackers?

 

The penalty was as light as I could make it in those circumstances.

yes i say that they are maphackers. Cause they attack stealth units without scanning.. thats for 100%.. and see whole map.

Its not fair..that ban. while the real cheaters still playing the game.

plz reconsider.... this is the only game i mosly play.....

Can you clarify whether you are saying that their map hacks caused the MMs or whether you caused the MMs because you thought that your opponents were cheating.

i admit that i used a few times moneytrainer (what doesnt work online) what caused a MM. i also got MM from the cheaters. honestly. that's the truth.

i can tell u that i dont use that trainer anymore. i like fair play. i dont care about losing a game,

One of his IDs is banned. He has only one active account. I think, based on what you have said, that the penalty that I imposed was perfectly just and I consider the matter closed.

plz do us all the favor and uninstall c&c  

dude,even in old online,you have repeatedly MM over and over,and when ppl started to kick you,you would change accounts so many times,and finally started to host your own games and look for ppl who dont know who you are. nobody wanted/wants to play with,thus either change your attitude or dont bother coming back.

nobody MHacks online,and using that pathetic excuse to deliberately MM a game tells us all about you bad sportsmanship.

Estella, we're not idiots. We have full access to what happens on our server, and bans are not handed out lightly (we are aware of the number of players we have). You might have gotten a reduction if instead of denying things and shifting the blame on others you had acknowledged it and apologized. See you in thirty days, or not; either way is fine with us.

 

And I strongly suggest you don't make further threads and posts about this, unless you want your forum account banned too.
