I was able to connect online this morning (GMT +8). I started getting this error Could not connect to backend server when I tried connecting online from 4pm up until now 10:45pm (GMT +8). I've already tried all the possible troubleshooting steps which is indicated in the Common Issues & Solutions thread but still no go. I also get this error CA public key patching routine failed if I try to hook the launcher. The game also crashes if I use the launcher.

 

Windows 7

I can only find you in the logs at 03:50 GMT+1, not any more after that. That means something went wrong with the launcher. When is that error log from?

That was from around 10:45pm (GMT+8) last night. It's still happening up until now 6:45am (GMT+8). I already tried reinstalling the launcher.. still the same.

 

 

EDIT:

I don't know what just happened but it's working now.

I can't even find a trace of your IP in today's logs. Must be something on your side, either the launcher or your computer.
