The three clear days I gave [SUPERmario[- to explain himself have expired but I have not heard from him, so I shall confirm this report now. As this is a first offence, I am going to ban [SUPERmario[- from the ladder for this month. Of course, this conviction will have a considerable bearing on the penalty to be imposed for any further convictions, which may well result in a suspension for online play.
